¿Por qué la tasa de bits es 4233000 -> 1411000?
En este sentido el sonido sale muy mal :(

Hasta donde puedo decir, el formato FLV no admite oficialmente audio sin comprimir en formato PCM (consulte laEspecificaciones). Sin embargo, aún puedes multiplexar audio PCM en FLV con ffmpeg. Parece haber un error o incompatibilidad al ffplayno reproducir el audio correctamente, pero a mí me funciona en VLC:

ffmpeg -i sample.mkv -c copy sample.flv

Si deseas ser más compatible con otros reproductores, es posible que desees restringir el audio a dos canales. Para hacer eso:

ffmpeg -i sample.mkv -c:v copy -c:a pcm_s16le -ac 2 sample.flv

Esto reducirá la cantidad de canales de audio, pero no perderán calidad. La tasa de bits parecerá más baja, pero hay menos canales.

Tus otras opciones son audio AAC o audio MP3:

ffmpeg -i sample.mkv -c:v copy -c:a aac -strict experimental -b:a 128k sample.flv
ffmpeg -i sample.mkv -c:v copy -c:a libmp3lame sample.flv

Esto convertirá automáticamente el audio multicanal a estéreo.

Tenga en cuenta que si utiliza MP3 en FLV, estará restringido a las siguientes frecuencias de muestreo de audio: 44100, 22050, 11025. Esto se puede configurar con la -aropción oaresamplefiltrar.
