En este documento, \VerbatimInputse llama test_2.dat.
test_2.datcontiene una línea demasiado larga, por lo que la compilación produce un pdf donde esa línea no se ve en su totalidad:
Al utilizar adjustbox, se puede ajustar el texto textual:

Sin embargo, esta solución sólo es válida cuando el texto se introduce directamente palabra por palabra.
Tengo que usarlo \VerbatimInputporque necesito llamar a este tesst_2.datarchivo.
¿Hay alguna manera de incluirlo adjustboxen el interior \VerbatimInput?
¿O alguna solución para reducir este \VerbatimInputtexto?

No veo una forma "automática" de hacerlo, pero puedes jugar fácilmente con los tamaños de fuente: en tu configuración,
\fontsize{7}{9}\selectfont
es bueno.
