Agregue un \cmidrule y obtengo un número de parámetro ilegal en la definición

Cuando agrego un \cmidrule a una tabla y luego intento recompilar en XeLatex, se rompe.

Se detiene en el \begin{document}:

File ended while scanning definition of \LT@xxxix. \begin{document}
Illegal parameter number in definition of \LT@xxxix. \begin{document}
Illegal parameter number in definition of \LT@xxxix. \begin{document}
File ended while scanning definition of \LT@xxxix.

Lo soluciono eliminando el archivo .aux y vuelve a funcionar siempre que no agregue un \cmidrule.

Soy un novato en LaTeX, por lo que se agradece cualquier ayuda.

Su tabla tiene cuatro columnas, pero le pidió que \cmidruleabarcara las columnas 3 a 8. Eso no funciona. No sé exactamente qué columnas pretendías que abarcara, pero, \cmidrule(r){3-4}por ejemplo, funciona.

Quizás quieras simplemente \midrule:
