
Estoy usando Xualatex en Texlive con PGFplot 1.13 y quiero trazar suavemente una superficie discreta, algo como esto (solo para ilustrar, este no es mi problema).

Básicamente obtengo una línea que pasa por todos los puntos. Lo que quiero: quiero una superficie, es decir, una interpolación de la superficie entre los puntos de datos. ¿Cómo hago esto? Encontré la opción addplot3, shader=interp
-, pero esto no funciona aquí pero da como resultado
Error de pgfplots del paquete: CRÍTICO: shader=interp: tengo el tipo de sombreado de pdf no admitido '0'. ¡Esto puede dañar tu pdf!. \end{eje}
El pgfmanual trata principalmente sobre el gráfico de funciones continuas, y las soluciones que encontré en la web fueron soluciones para matrices de datos discretos de DATOS y no para una lista de datos.

La tabla debe poder transformarse en una matriz, por lo tanto, siempre requiere el mismo número de puntos de muestreo (en este ejemplo más pequeño, 3x4).

EDITAR
Ahora un gráfico con el conjunto de datos casi completo. Simplemente descarté los puntos en la cuadrícula más fina (ancho de paso de 2,5) para asegurarme de que cada valor en la primera fila tenga la misma cantidad de puntos en la segunda fila. También tenga en cuenta que mesh/cols=21
se actualiza de acuerdo con el tamaño del conjunto de datos y que agregué z buffer = sort
para obtener información de profundidad correcta en el gráfico.
