La tabla larga, los títulos y las notas requieren ajuste de posición; el ajuste de ancho no funciona

Question

Tengo el problema de que me gustaría entregar un artículo, sin embargo debo usar la plantilla que proporciona la revista con múltiples restricciones, por ejemplo, un gran desplazamiento en el lado izquierdo. Ahora quiero tener una tabla que abarque varias páginas (por lo que no puedo usar el entorno de tabla) y no puedo ajustarla de la manera correcta. El título y también las notas de la tabla deben comenzar en el lado izquierdo sin el desplazamiento. La mesa en sí debe estar centrada. Actualmente, las notas de la mesa tampoco se encuentran dentro de un entorno común con la mesa. Espero que alguien tenga una solución!

Puede mover la tabla larga en el margen usando un negativo \LTleft. El título también se puede mover con el captionpaquete y el margen negativo:
