Quiero cambiar el color del cuadro de texto de un feo amarillo a otro color. Alguien sabe como hacerlo? ¿Y es posible deshacerse de las líneas del borde negro?

Usando el ejemplo de OP, no puedo ver el cuadro de comentarios amarillo. Utilizo Preview 11.0 y la última versión de Adobe Acrobat Reader en macOS 10.15.2. (Acrobat Reader falla cuando hago clic en "Acerca de" para verificar su versión, por lo que no puedo proporcionar el número de versión exacto).
