Intenté crear una tabla larga pero realmente no funciona. Tengo dos problemas:
- La tabla se crea en la siguiente página (intenté resolver esto con el paquete longtable pero no parece funcionar).
- El título de la tabla larga aparece en una ubicación extraña.

Como @DavidCarlisle ya señaló en un comentario, lo primero y más importante es deshacerse de \centering, adjustboxy tabular.
Para que la tabla encaje dentro del ancho del bloque de texto, debe permitir el salto de línea automático en las 8 columnas. Yo también dejaría elnegritade los números en las columnas 4 y 8 y, en su lugar, alinearlos con sus respectivos marcadores decimales. (No abuses del uso de negrita a menos que deliberadamente quieras dar la impresión de que te gusta gritarle a la gente...) Y, para proporcionar un poco más de estructura visual al material del encabezado, considera colocar la declaración de unidades en filas separadas.
La siguiente captura de pantalla muestra solo las primeras filas de la tabla resultante.
