Problema de artículo para rsl.cls

Question

Quiero enviar un artículo para Review of Symbolic Logic y tengo problemas con un error de salto de página en la primera a la segunda página, como se ilustra en el siguiente archivo pdf.Opostów- observe las oraciones en negrita en las páginas 1 y 3, y la oración superior en la página 2.

En la clase rsl (archivo rsl.cls), descomente las líneas 918 y 919 para
