Estoy trabajando con tcolorbox y tcbset con el título en los márgenes y cada título sucesivo se ejecuta juntos

En mi última pregunta, necesitaba ayuda con tcolorbox para crear un "título" para mi cuadro en el margen izquierdo (y girado 90 grados). La solución fue excelente, pero en algunos casos, como en mi MWE a continuación, los "títulos" se ejecutan juntos.

No sé prácticamente nada sobre tcolorbox, y solo estoy algo familiarizado con los nuevos entornos y los nuevos comandos en LaTeX, así que intenté algunas cosas agregando:

\small

y algunos otros tamaños de fuente a los siguientes:

{\small{\itshape #1}}

Pero como no sé dónde cambiar el tamaño de fuente de los cuadros, no estoy seguro de cómo proceder.

Hice algunos cambios de mytitleestilo. El título ahora abarca toda la altura del texto del cuadro. En caso de que sepa de antemano que la altura del cuadro sería pequeña, puede configurarla manualmente en un valor suficientemente grande para que el título se represente correctamente (consulte los cuadros segundo y tercero en este ejemplo).
