Justificación, separación de palabras

Soy un estudiante de doctorado que escribe su tesis al dorso. Mi supervisor me dijo que eliminara la separación de palabras, ya que puede distraerme; sin embargo, ahora algunas palabras sobrepasan el margen (ver imagen). ¿Alguien podría ayudarme a modificar la configuración de justificación que aparece al dorso o tal vez una forma diferente de solucionar el problema?
