Pregunta / Problema
- ¿Mi código es correcto o es la mejor práctica para el propósito previsto?
- No lo entiendoatrevidoCaracteres chinos, aunque me parecen disponibles.
- Curiosamente, incluso los puntos clave

De los comentarios, resulta que copiaste las fuentes CJK en tu árbol principal de TeXLive. Sin embargo, TeX no puede encontrarlos a menos que estén indexados.
Puede cargar las fuentes por nombre de archivo (ver más abajo) o instalar las fuentes en su árbol texmf local.
Puedes encontrar esto ejecutando:
kpsewhich -var-value=TEXMFHOME
Las fuentes probablemente deberían ir
$TEXMFHOME/fonts/opentype/google/notocjksc/
