No se puede 'migrar php artesanal' dentro de la ventana acoplable

Al intentar ejecutar 'php articulado migrar' en la ventana acoplable se devolvió el siguiente error

Encontré una solución que necesito para habilitar pdo_mysql, lo cual (creo) hice en mi Dockerfile

FROM php:7.3

RUN apt-get update -y && apt-get install -y openssl zip unzip git
RUN curl -sS https://getcomposer.org/installer | php -- --install-dir=/usr/local/bin --filename=composer
RUN docker-php-ext-install pdo mbstring pdo_mysql


WORKDIR /app
COPY . .
RUN composer install

CMD php artisan serve --host=0.0.0.0
EXPOSE 8000

Además, cuando intento encontrar el archivo php.ini para simplemente descomentar la extensión pdo_mysql, php-iaparece que no hay ningún archivo php.ini.

Parece que no tienes instalada la extensión php-MySQL en tu entorno acoplable
