Estoy usando 14.04LTS. Apt-get comenzó a arrojar errores sobre dependencias no satisfechas. Resolví bastantes problemas y todas las soluciones comunes, como sudo apt-get install -fy, sudo dpkg -a --configno funcionan.

Como de costumbre ejecuto sudo apt-get updatelo que parece funcionar.

No puedo instalar las dependencias ni instalar aptitude porque cualquier uso de apt-get devuelve los siguientes errores:

$ sudo apt-get install aptitude

Veo que hay un error:

xz: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/liblzma.so.5: version `XZ_5.2' not found (required by xz)

pero cuando lo busco:

$ sudo find / -name liblzma.so.5
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/liblzma.so.5

Intente instalar los paquetes manualmente.

  1. Abrirhttps://paquetes.ubuntu.com/en su navegador web.
  2. Desplácese hacia abajo hasta el área Buscar directorios de paquetes.
  3. Seleccione su versión de Ubuntu en el menú desplegable Distribución (en este caso es trusty).
  4. Escriba el nombre del paquete y haga clic en buscar (en este caso es libcwidget3)
  5. Haga clic en el resultado exacto (en este caso es el paquete libcwidget3)
  6. Seleccione la arquitectura de su computadora en la tabla en la parte inferior de su página. ( amd64para computadoras de 64 bits, i386es para computadoras de 32 bits
  7. Seleccione uno de los enlaces de la página. Probablemente sea una buena idea seleccionar el de tu país, pero no importa.
  8. Abra una terminal y navegue hasta el directorio donde descargó el paquete.
  9. Ejecute sudo dpkg -i file.deb, donde file.deb es el archivo que acaba de descargar.

Repita los siguientes pasos para libglapi-mesa-lts-trusty, pero en lugar de seleccionar trustyen el menú desplegable, seleccione trusty-updates.
