  • 레지스트리 편집기를 엽니다. 즉regedit
  • 이동HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vpnva
  • DisplayName을 두 번 클릭하세요.
  • @oem14.inf,%VPNVA64_Desc%DisplayName 앞에 붙은 문자를 제거하세요.

해결 방법 1: 다른 커뮤니티에서 약간의 조사와 정보를 얻은 후 Cisco VPN이 DisplayName 문자열의 레지스트리 키에 잘못된 값을 쓰고 있음을 발견했습니다.

문제를 해결하려면 값을 아래와 같이 변경해야 합니다. 레지스트리 편집기를 열고 [Windows Run 유형 regedit]에서 HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CVirtA 위치로 이동합니다.

For x86, change the value data from "@oem8.inf,%CVirtA_Desc%;Cisco Systems VPN Adapter" to "Cisco Systems VPN Adapter"
For x64, change the value data from "@oem8.inf,%CVirtA_Desc%;Cisco Systems VPN Adapter for 64-bit Windows" to "Cisco Systems VPN Adapter for 64-bit Windows"

이제 VPN에 연결해 보면 문제 없이 작동할 것입니다.
