Eu tenho um iPod Shuffle e quero copiar mp3 nele.
Quão difícil é fazer isso no Ubuntu? Tentei Amarok, Rhytmbox, nada funciona.

Você pode usar ifusepara montar seu iPod.
Instale-o usando sudo apt-get install ifuse.
