Posso instalar todos os pacotes snap a partir da linha de comando, exceto snap-store, pois ele falha na tarefa de configuração do gancho
sudo snap install snap-store

Tentei instalar a loja de maneiras diferentes, mas elas falharam da mesma maneira
sudo snap install snap-store --candidate
sudo snap install snap-store --beta
snap install snap-store --ignore-running --ignore-validation --no-wait
E até tentei reinstalar o ambiente snap
sudo apt purge snapd
sudo apt install -y snapd
sudo snap install snap-store

Ativei a depuração instantânea. Aqui está a saída do log ao tentar instalar o snap-store
