Posição das barras de erro nos gráficos de barras no TiKZ

Question

Ajuda! Não consigo obter a posição das barras de erro no topo de cada barra. Além disso, por algum motivo, minha lenda também parece estar fora de posição.

Não encontrei uma maneira ideal, mas está funcionando neste exemplo. Esta é uma lista de melhorias:

1. Eu mudei xscale = 1.45para width=12cm, height=6cm.
2. Adicionei xshiftcom dimensão adivinhada entre as opções do error bar style(duas vezes).
3. Comentei o inputencpacote e decodifiquei caracteres diacríticos para strings TeX (duas vezes), agora o arquivo pode ser executado com todos os principais latexformatos, por exemplo, via lualatex sample.tex.
