O código a seguir é meu moderncvno classicestilo. No momento existe um espaço circular de 4 a 5 cm entre a página (topo) e a imagem. Como posso reduzir esse espaço para completar o cabeçalho ainda mais para cima? Alguém pode me ajudar nisso?

O título é definido no topo da página por padrão (sem espaço vertical adicionado).Vocêadicionou um \vspace{2cm}acima do \makecvtitle, fazendo com que ele fosse empurrado 2 cm para baixo. Remova isso e você notará que o título está alinhado com o topo:

O visual acima mostra o layout da página com a adição doshowframepacote.
Se desejar ter o título do CV ainda mais alto na página, você pode inserir um manual, negativo \vspace, mas isso afetaria apenas a primeira página. Se você deseja ajustar as coisas globalmente, use ogeometrypacotee defina uma margem específica para top.
