Ajude alguém! Eu tentei e tentei, então tento a sorte, espero que haja alguém com habilidades tabulares e matriciais mais nítidas.

Como praticamente todo o material da tabela é matemático, recomendo que você use um arrayambiente em vez de um tabularambiente. Dessa forma, você precisará digitar $apenas duas vezes – antes \begin{array}e depois \end{array}– em vez de no início e no final das 33 células [!] que contêm material no modo matemático.
