Alinhe verticalmente o título, os contatos e a foto no moderncv classic

Question

O cabeçalho da classe moderncv, que consiste em um título, contatos e uma foto, é originalmente alinhado na parte inferior e codificado usando os ambientes tabulare minipagecom a opção [b]. A imagem falta um ambiente minipage, adicionei no seguinte MWE. O código rígido [b]deve ser alterado para [c].

Todas as alterações de código que fiz estão marcadas <========no MWE a seguir. Um exemplo:
