Os valores na linha do Parâmetro 2,5%, 97,5%, etc não estão alinhados com Médias e Sd's.

Aqui estão duas soluções, com siunitx
(coisas estranhas parecem acontecer com dcolumn
). Na segunda solução, utilizei booktabs, sem nenhuma linha vertical, para dar um aspecto mais profissional. Em ambos removi o adjustwidth
ambiente, que não deve ser utilizado com tabelas. Além disso, observe que os pacotes subfig and
subcaption` são incompatíveis. Prefira o último.

Aqui está uma solução que continua usando o dcolumn
pacote e seu d
tipo de coluna.
Como você parece estar usando ,
(vírgula) como marcador decimal de saída, sugiro substituir \newcolumntype{d}[1]{D{.}{.}{#1}}
por \newcolumntype{d}[1]{D{,}{,}{#1}}
. Como você está usando o booktabs
pacote de qualquer maneira, também reorganizei a aparência da tabela para dar uma aparência mais aberta: observe a ausência de linhas verticais e a presença de menos linhas horizontais, mas melhor espaçadas.
