Iniciar capítulos em uma nova página

Question

Pelo que entendi, os capítulos devem produzir títulos na nova página. Porém, não funciona no exemplo abaixo provavelmente por causa de conflito entre alguns pacotes.

Eu também gostaria que todos \subsectioncomeçassem em uma nova página.

Idealmente, eu gostaria de ter páginas:

1. O PRIMEIRO CONTO, Correr em volta de um sofá
2. Capítulo 1

4. O SEGUNDO CONTO, Vaidade das Vaidades
5. Capítulo 1
6. (Capítulo 2...)

e agora eu tenho isso
