Estou tentando incluir subfiguras "laterais" de acordo com esta perguntaComo girar um grupo de figuras (subfigura)de Torbjørn T.

Estou tentando obter um 4x2, mas o resultado é uma figura cortada ao meio, não centralizada (ver imagem anexa).

Quando estou tentando um novo documento, funciona. :

O MWE a seguir reproduz o problema descrito acima se for comentado nas linhas 7 a 9. O problema é resolvido se a \setlength{\@fptop}{0pt}linha for usada após carregar o rotatingpacote.
