((1) O ângulo com o ponto no centro; (2) os ângulos violeta com decorações, se possível, com possibilidade de personalização (números de segmento, comprimento, distância, cor, etc.); (3) ângulos com vários arcos.

Aqui está uma proposta. Conforme gentilmente explicado por Kpym nos comentários, existem dois caminhos para a construção do ângulo: o arco e o preenchimento. É preciso evitar TikZ de desenhar a decoração duas vezes. Esta resposta vem com um style insert angle lines
, que leva dois argumentos, o número de linhas e o vértice ao qual elas devem se conectar. Um exemplo é
