exclua o cabeçalho do índice

Question

Quero deletar o cabeçalho das páginas do sumário, para manter apenas o título: sumário.

Para formatar o título do índice, você pode redefinir a formatação de capítulos não numerados com a numberlesschave. Quanto ao cabeçalho, basta adicionar um \markboth{}comando logo após o comando toc e colocar tudo em um grupo. Adicionei o lipsum pacote para fins de teste, você pode removê-lo.
