Simplificação e círculos apontando para a ajuda do eixo de vários eixos y coloridos pgfplot

Eu gerei o gráfico abaixo como desejo.

Isso pode ser simplificado?

No entanto, achei muito complicado colorir o eixo y, os rótulos e os rótulos de escala, mantendo o eixo x em preto. Definir o estilo de cor do eixo parece particularmente ruim.

Você poderia definir um estilo para isso,

e use-o nos dois eixos.
