Sou novo no Tikz e estou tentando desenhar um gráfico bem específico. Ele contém vários recursos que, com meu conhecimento limitado, não consigo fazer. É um desenho do tipo grade com algumas especificações de texto, como a imagem anexa,
. Este é apenas o primeiro passo de uma série de desenhos que gostaria de fazer, para adicionar animação. Verificando outros posts parece que isso pode ser feito com tikz ou pgfplot, mas não tenho certeza qual é melhor para depois adicionar alguma animação, como preenchimento de grade.
O código que tenho até agora é o seguinte, tentando desenhar uma grade com tikz como primeiro passo, mas parece bastante tedioso.

EDITAR O código a seguir é minha versão com matriz tikz. Ainda assim, preciso adicionar mais espaço entre as linhas, a linha dupla entre as linhas e o texto vertical na lateral. Peguei parte do código deA maneira mais simples de preencher uma matriz de nós?
