Desenhe uma pirâmide com tikz

Question

Quero desenhar a seguinte pirâmide em látex (de preferência Tikz, pois estou familiarizado com ele)

eu encontreiEste tópicoisso explica como fazer uma bela pirâmide, mas com meu texto mais longo não consigo adaptá-lo facilmente

Adicionei no preâmbulo o pacote xcolor(para algumas cores) e iwona(para a fonte).
