Encontrei um problema ao tentar me conectar a um servidor VPN configurado em IKEv2 do MacOS (Ventura 13.4.1) em uma nova instalação.
O servidor VPN é um RRAS hospedado em um servidor Windows 2019, seu certificado é assinado pela minha CA que apresenta as extensões exigidas pela Apple (KeyLength = 2048, KeyUsage = 0xA0, [EnhancedKeyUsageExtension] OID=1.3.6.1.5.5. 7.3.1 ; Autenticação do Servidor, etc.). Possui o nome do assunto (nome comum), bem como o nome alternativo (nome DNS) com seu endereço público, o certificado raiz foi importado e definido como sempre confiável no contêiner.
Posso conectar sem dificuldades clientes Windows, Linux (gerenciador de rede/libstronswan), IpadOS (16.3.1), androids com app stongswan, e no MacOS antigo posso conectar BigSur e Monterey, também funciona após a atualização de Monterey.
Tentei muitas coisas em particular no modelo de certificado ou tentei importar de outras maneiras o certificado CA raiz.
Farejei um pouco o tráfego da rede e posso ver claramente o fluxo chegando ao RRAS, mas este apenas envia uma resposta e depois nada.
Observo um detalhe de passagem, quando inicio a conexão do meu Mac ela é cortada quase instantaneamente me fazendo pensar que há um problema com o sistema deste Mac, claro tentei reinstalá-lo completamente e também testei em outros Mac além deste também no Ventura, aqui está a pilha de logs que obtenho durante a fase em que tento iniciar a conexão:
