Почему первоначальный подход не срабатывает?
При установке GitLab он заполняет базу данных Mattermost некоторыми записями. Запуск psql для загрузки резервной копии поверх этих записей приводит к несогласованному состоянию, когда в базе данных есть как данные свежей установки, так и данные резервной копии.
Как это исправить?
