1）製作PowerShell的快捷方式，設定PowerShell捷徑以管理員身份運行，啟動Webstorm，將終端路徑設定為PowerShell快捷方式，儲存並重新啟動Webstorm，開啟Webstorm並啟動嵌入式PowerShell。
2）與上面相同，但我確實將 Webstorm 和 PowerShell 設定為同時以管理員身份運行。這兩個都給我帶來了與上面相同的錯誤。
