パッケージxcolorには、大文字を使用するか小文字を使用するか ( とRGB)に応じて、RGB カラースペースを設定する 2 つのバリエーションがありますrgb。

\definecolor{mygray}{RGB}{245,245,245}

これには別のスケールがあり、最小値は0.0そして最大値は1.0。
