Fehler beim Exportieren von Numpy-Daten nach CSV und nach PGFlots

Ich muss Daten aus einer numerischen Simulation darstellen. Ich führe meine Simulationen mit pythonund durch numpy. Aber jetzt möchte ich das Ergebnis in einer LaTeX-Datei darstellen. Da ich das Layout ändern können möchte, ohne die Simulation erneut auszuführen, halte ich es für eine gute Lösung, meine Ergebnisse in eine csvDatei zu exportieren und diese Datei dann einzulesen pgfplots. Leider erhalte ich dabei andere Ergebnisse, als wenn ich matplotlibbeispielsweise mit plotte.

Diese Datei wurde aus dem Befehl numpy„as“ generiert (wobei das Ausgabefeld ist und die Koordinaten und die Abmessungen des Netzes sind):npT1XYlyly

Ich denke, dass es keine große Sache ist, lediglich eine falsche Konfiguration von pgfplots, aber ich kann es nicht finden.

Es sieht so aus, als ob die Anzahl der Zeilen und Spalten nicht stimmt, also habe ich versucht, mesh/colsdie Werte zu ändern, aber die Ergebnisse waren schlechter. Ich habe auch Sachen wie Exportieren aus matplotlibdem pgfFormat versucht, aber es wird ein pngBild erstellt, also gibt es keine Möglichkeit, das Layout zu ändern, ohne die Simulation erneut auszuführen. Dasselbe passiert mit matplotlib2tikz.

Kurzfassung

Dank der Kommentare von Marmot konnten wir feststellen, dass ein Teil des Problems auf die Originaldaten in der csvDatei zurückzuführen ist.

Das Problem kann gelöst werden, indem Sie den numpy/pythonfolgenden Befehl zum Exportieren der Daten verwenden T1:

np.savetxt('./hydrostat.csv', np.column_stack(( np.reshape(X, (lx*ly,1)), np.reshape(Y, (lx*ly,1)), np.reshape(T1.T, (lx*ly,1))  )), header='x, y, T', comments='# ',delimiter=',', newline='\n' )

Bitte beachten Sie das Vorhandensein der mit transponierten Daten T1.T.

Der letzte Punkt besteht darin, zu verwenden, y dir=reverseum die gewünschte Ausgabe mit zu erhalten pgfplots.

Ich habe einen roten Kreis hinzugefügt, um das Problem hervorzuheben. Selbst wenn das Aspektverhältnis umgekehrt zum gewünschten ist (dies kann mithilfe der Lösung von Ulrich gelöst werden), weichen die Daten in diesem Bereich vom matplotlibBild ab.
