Gracias por la pregunta. Gracias también a los comentarios anteriores. Lo he solucionado.
- Después de \begin{document}, si usa '\nolinenumbers', no habrá números de línea en todo el cuerpo del artículo. Sin embargo, habrá números de línea en el "resumen".
- Para resolver este problema, vaya al archivo 'mdpi.cls' y reemplace todos los '\linenumbers' por '\nolinenumbers'. He encontrado tres de esos lugares. Luego compila el archivo principal de látex. El problema esta resuelto. No es necesario modificar el archivo 'mdpi.bst'.
